Martinsville Bulletin

The West Piedmont Business Development Center has begun a virtual incubation program (VIP).

"Our incubator is almost full, but we still want start-ups to know who we are, what we have to offer and that we can serve them virtually," said Lisa Fultz, manager of the center.  "We can help them by opening up our network to them and by inviting them to participate in events that will help them succeed."

VIP services include use of the centers mailing address; voicemail account; up to T-1 Internet access; access to copier, fax and postage meter; free seminars; use of meeting room space; networking and incubator events; center newsletter, listing on the centers Web site; and reduced fee for videoconferencing services.

The West Piedmont Business Development Center helps small businesses in Henry, Franklin and Patrick counties and Martinsville.

For more information, contact Fultz at 638-2523 or go to the centers Web site at www.wpbdc.org.
