Funding requests are reviewed by the Foundation’s Board of Directors three times per year. As a rule, the Foundation does not accept emergency or out-of-cycle proposals. Complete Letters of Inquiry, Full Proposals and all required information in both electronic and printed versions must be in the Foundation’s office by the close of business on the deadline date.
