The mission of the Blue Ridge Regional Library is to provide free, friendly service and access to timely materials that educate, enrich, and entertain the entire community. To accomplish this mission the Blue Ridge Regional Library offers materials and programs at five branches located in Martinsville, Bassett, Collinsville, Patrick County, and Ridgeway. The library also has a bookmobile and a Historical Center located in Bassett.
