Allyson Rothrock
- Interim Executive Director
Since joining The Harvest Foundation in 2002, Allyson has served as Interim or Assistant Executive Director of the organization. She works closely with The Harvest Foundation Board, Harvest Foundation staff, and the Martinsville-Henry County community to develop effective strategies for community enhancement through education, health and general welfare areas such as the arts and economic development. As the only member of the current staff to have served on the Board of Directors for the Memorial Hospital of Martinsville-Henry County and work for The Harvest Foundation since its inception, Allyson also provides an important link to the hospital's and the foundation's history.

Jeffrey W. Mansour
- Senior Program Officer
Jeff works closely with grantees working to improve the quality of life and enhance the community vitality of Martinsville and Henry County. The programs and initiatives he oversees include efforts to enhance the walkability and bikeability of our community; improve pubic spaces; encourage downtown redevelopment; facilitate community planning and economic development; promote sustainable agriculture; build the operational capacity of non-profit organizations; and beautify neighborhoods, streetscapes, and community gateways. He previously worked on the program staff of the Ruth Mott Foundation and in government relations and community outreach for the University of Michigan.

John Estes
- Program Officer
Since 2005, John has served as Program Officer focusing on health and welfare initiatives for The Harvest Foundation. John works closely with The Harvest Foundation's grantees and board members to promote health initiatives, encourage the development of the emerging artisan community, and support the development of recreational trails. He has over 20 years experience working in health foundations, state rural health development offices and health delivery admiminstration. John is a 2007 Southeastern Council of Foundations Hull Fellow.

Angela Logan
- Program Officer
Angela joined The Harvest Foundation as its Program Officer for Education in January 2008. In this role, she works closely with The Harvest Foundation grantees and board members to address the educational needs of the citizens of Martinsville and Henry County.
Angela has an extensive background working with nonprofit organizations, with a particular focus in the areas of education and diversity. A Doctoral Candidate in Philanthropic Studies at Indiana University, Angela has previously worked as a higher education administrator at Defiance College and Oberlin College, and also has experience as a classroom instructor.

Christina Reed
- Controller
Since November 2003, Christina has been the Controller for The Harvest Foundation, which means she is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Foundation. On a regular basis she helps grantees with their financial reporting, manages the payroll, prepares financial reports for the board, coordinates regular audits, and makes sure the Foundation is in good financial standing.

Eloise Wade
- Executive Assistant
Since joining The Harvest Foundation in August 2002, Eloise has provided valuable assistance to the entire foundation as an Administrative Assistant and the current Executive Assistant. She provides the full range of administrative support to The Harvest Foundation Executive Director, Assistant Director, and Board of Directors; oversees the GIFTS grant monitoring and tracking system; creates and maintains grant files as they correspond to projects entered into GIFTS; prepares standard reports; and coordinates events, meetings and appointments.

Gladys Hairston
- Administrative Assistant
Prior to her work as Administrative Assistant, Gladys served as an intern for The Harvest Foundation beginning in April 2007. She was instrumental in providing research on the new Sports Complex as well as helping refine the grant application process to make it more accessible to potential grantees.
Gladys graduated from the University of Virginia in 2004 with a B.A. in History. After graduating, she was employed by the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities to research Martinsville's African-American history for the book Fayette Street: A Hundred-Year History of African- American Life in Martinsville, Virginia, 1905-2005. She has also conducted research and oral history interviews with residents of Danville, Virginia for the University of Virginia's Carter G. Woodson Institute.
